Who we are

iBiye POS (“the app”) is a point-of-sale and business accounting tool for small shops. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service:

• Account information — such as name, email, phone, and login credentials.
• Business data — products, stock, sales, receipts, invoices/Dayn (customer credit), clients, payments, expenses, and related notes.
• Shop settings — currency preferences, tax, receipt, backup, and similar configuration.
• Limited device information — used for support, printing (including Bluetooth printer pairing), and basic app reliability.

How we store data

Business and account data may be stored on your device and in the cloud using Supabase (database and authentication services). Access is limited to your shop account and authorized support tools. We use industry-standard transport security (HTTPS).

How we use data

We use your data to:

• Provide POS, inventory, Dayn, reporting, and sync features
• Authenticate you and protect your account
• Support printing and optional camera/barcode features
• Respond to support requests and maintain the service

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal or business data. We do not share it with advertisers. Service providers that host or process data (such as Supabase) do so only to operate the app under our instructions.

Device permissions

The app may use Bluetooth to communicate with a receipt printer, and camera or photos for product images or barcodes. These are used only for the features you choose to use.

Account and data deletion

Shop owners can permanently delete their account and shop data in the mobile app under Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account (they must type their owner email to confirm). Branch/staff users cannot delete the shop; they should ask the owner or contact us. We also process verified deletion requests sent to the contacts below.
